supply of railway will provide 6 feet x 6 feet land for installation of atm each stations location. the locationwhich has been proposed by the sectional commercial inspector and has been approved by the divisional railwaymanager, lumding division (sketch plan jointly sign by sectional sse & sectional cmi/ccmi). railway shall providespace for overhead antenna (v sat) if kept on roof.the atm, its cabin structure, air conditioning, electric cabling ,communication cabling , communication and internet devices including antenna etc. i. e. all physical structure shallbe provided by the bank at its own cost and responsibility. railways responsibility pertains to providing the requiredland space only.the responsibility of security maintenance, cleanliness of the atm premises shall rest with theconcerned bank.the electricity for atm may be provided by the railway, charging its actual cost from the bank.however the bank shall be at its liberty to get the electricity from any source .land will be provided for duration offive years, with provision for extension of the period based on mutual agreement.the licensee shall install atm atthe station under the guidance / supervision of station manager, sectional engineer & commercial inspector.
