supply of tender for awarding rights for commercial publicity on the 1st gantry from the rabindra setu end, atthe circulating area of howrah station for a period of five years and provision of railway directional signage &welcome message on both faces at the bottom of the horizontal display area of the gantry. during the currency ofthis contract, license fee shall escalate by 10 each year after the end of 1st three years of the contract. tenderershould quote his offer on 1st year estimated value (unit rate) as mentioned above. estimated value (unit rate)for 1st year is excluding gst.
