supply of tender for awarding commercial publicity rights on exterior & interior surface of 12 coach emu rake(painting / vinyl wrapping on full body of exterior side walls and vinyl wrapping on specified area inside thecoaches) plying over howrah division for a period of five years. during currency of this contract, license fee shallescalate by 10 each year after the end of 1st three years of the contract. tenderer should quote his offer onestimated value of 1st year (unit rate) as mentioned above. total display area in one rake - 4049 sq.ft (exterior3869 sq.ft. & interior 180 sq.ft.). quoted offer should be excluding applicable gst.
