supplying installation testing and commissioning of dynamic facade for indian pavilion at world expo 2020 dubai.-facade works design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of dynamic facade for indian pavilion building as per the technical requirements, drawings attached to the tender for following items. the bidders to submit structural calculations, shop drawings, sample materials, mockup for approval. all the design should comply with expo/dubai authorities norms: 1 manufacturing, supply, installation and commissioning of box panels of size 1200 (l) x 600 (w) x 1933.50 (h) mm with 2 (two) alternate options. (any one of the following 2 options (a and b) only shall be selected by the engineer and orders shall be placed) box panels (aluminium) manufacturing, supply, installation and commissioning of box panels of size 1200 (l) x 600 (w) x 1933.50 (h) mm made of aluminum frame work of appropriate section (to be designed by bidder). the frame work shall be covered in all 6 sides with 3mm thick aluminium sheet of a2-s1-d0 rating as per en 13501-1 including welding the joints seamless, fixing to the aluminium frame work, cutting, weding, grinding, fitting, lifting to all heights, erection at site and transportation etc. weight of each box including frame work should not be less than 175 kgs. the box panel should have provision for hole/opening of 115/114 mm dia at top and bottom for pipe assembly and provision of manhole opening with joint free closing arrangement in the face of box panel for accessing the motor and gear box assembly. all work as per design drawing and specification approved by engineer. each alternate item (any one item between a) and b) shall be considered for evaluation) box panels (mild steel ) manufacturing, supply, installation and commissioning of box panels of size 1200 (l) x 600 (w) x 1933.50 (h) mm made of m.s frame work of appropriate section (to be designed by bidder). the frame work shall be covered in all 6 sides with 3 mm thick c r sheet confirming to a2-s1-d0 rating as per en 13501-1 including welding the joints seamless, fixing to the m s frame work, cutting, weding, grinding, fitting, lifting to all heights, erection at site and transportation etc. weight of each box including frame work should not be less than 300 kgs. the box panel should have provision for hole/opening of 115/114 mm dia at top and bottom for pipe assembly and provision of manhole opening with joint free closing arrangement in the face of box panel for accessing the motor and gear box assembly. all work as per design drawing and specification approved by engineer. the entire frame work and the sheet to be coated with anticorrosive treatment. each acrylic epoxy paint (stone finish) 2 providing and applying acrylic epoxy coating of approx. 3 mm thick on aluminium sheet/ms sheet box panels of of size 1200 (l) x 600 (w) x 1933.50 (h) mm of approved clour red sand stone/dholpur stone with stone finish (look like natural stone) including applying primer/adhesive/epoxy for bonding with aluminium sheet/ms sheet. the rate is iclusive of preparation of metallic surface through sand blasting, zinc phospate coating and hardening treatment etc with all pandm, tools required to complete the work as approved by the engineer. sqm a) b) a
