supply of local control - design, manufacturing and supply of lcs station with integral canopy (moc ss304 16guage). consisting of :- 1) 1no 2pole 25a trip-neutral- close breaker control switch spring return to neutral from trip and close.tnc swich shall be kaycee make. 2) 1no 96x96mm m.i.s.c ammeter of ctr: 200/1a 3) 1no.6a cam type 1 pole 2way auto/manual selector switch, 4) 110v dc, 1no red on led indication lamp, 1no green off led indication lamp, 1no yellow space heater on led indication lamp, 1no amber trip led indication lamp wired up to 2.5sqmm connectwell clip on terminals, by grey pvc insulated 2.5sqmm copper wire with tinned copper cable lugs and ferrules on both sides. 5) terminals shall have terminal marker on one side. 6) external legs are provided for wall/structure mounting. 7) 1no-3/4 and 1no-1 removable cable entry gland plate shall be provided at the bottom and holes shall be closed with plugs. 8) ip65 class of protection as per is/iec 60529-2001 9) it shall be smooth external finish. 10) 2nos brass earthing on outer side of the box by round head nickle plated brass screws with plain washer and spring washers, cover fixing by ss screws. 11) 1no. red stayput actuator with 1:nc contact and 1: no contact for stop and with ss padlock arrangement. vendor shall submit the drawing of lcs station and approval shall be taken before manufacturing/ supply of material.
