1. complete turnkey project: supply, installation, testing commissioning of 5 no. lmo tanks of capacity 6 kl in various hospitals in the state of punjab ( list attached at aneexure-a) along with complete accessories such as vaporizer, pressure reducing station, connection, valves, regulators, site preparation, approach, fencing, foundation etc . 2. the firm quoting shall provide the connectivity with the hospital oxygen manifold from the site of installation+ of lmo tank/vessel. firm should satisfy the proper and adequate supply pressure at all concerned oxygen outlets. 3. annual testing of safety valves of the vessel shall be done by the supplier. 4. the installation of vessel completed within 120 days of placement of confirmed order in the concerned govt. health institution/hospitals in the state of punjab as mentioned in the consignee detail. 5. all test certificates of lmo tank, vaporizer, pressure reducing station, valves shall be provided by the firm. 6. all approval from peso/ccoe or any other authorities including all the fees for such approvals shall be completed by the firm. 7. hospital staff to be trained for day to day monitoring, operation and emergencies. 8. electrical, plumbing, gas pipelining, civil work, approach, fencing etc and any other work required for the liquid medical oxygen tank setup will be in the supplier scope.
