provision of operational store.-bullet resistant glass. bullet resistance glass of size 65mm thick for loop holes of size 450 mm x 300 mm in slid typewith iron frame include necessary arrangements will be made in the frame to fixe the glass in the loop holes. the frame will be pre painted with two coats of red oxide primer of approved make. frame of bullet resistant glass will be made of 1 and 5mm thick ms sheet as sample approved. the rear side of glass will be covered using 01 no transparent polycarbonate sheet of 1.25 mm thickness. the glass should be safe against ak-47 and sniper rifle as per testing norms. an inverted u shaped opening of height 3 and width 4 will be provided for use of own rifle on lower side centre of glass. the glass will be of same specification as approved in the sample and sizes as per demand.sample to be produced for field testing during tech evaluation of bid alongwith ballistic test report from a govt recognized ballistic testing facility with essential testing criteria as under (a) wpn - slr/ ak (b) amn - 7.62 mm (c) range - 10m (d) acceptable performance - no perforation or crack.
