undertaking 6000 hrly routines on stbd and port das along with procurement of spares - ins tarasa- marine services. -1.01 remove intake manifold, clean and pressure test 1.02 remove exhaust manifold, clean and pressure test. 1.03 remove turbocharger, clean, inspect and repair with new spares 1.04 remove fuel injection pump, clean, inspect, calibrate and repair with new spare parts 1.05 remove rocker levers and shaft. clean, inspect and repair with new spares. 1.06 remove injectors, clean, inspect, repair and calibrate with new spares. 1.07 remove fuel connections (hp pipe lines), clean, inspect and repair with new spares 1.08 remove push rods, clean, inspect. replace if required 1.09 dismantle cylinder head. clean, inspect and repair with new spare parts. 1.1 dismantle one piston and one con rod assembly. replace if required. based on inspection, undertake inspection of balance piston/ con rod accordingly. 1.11 dismantle one liner for inspection of line outer surface pitting. replace if required. note: - a) routine applicable for 6ct 8.3 d (m) only. 1.12 remove and replace water pump 1.13 remove belt tensioner. clean, inspect and repair with new spare parts. 1.14 remove and replace fuel feed pump 1.15 check vibration damper 1.16 remove sea water pump. clean, inspect and repair with new spare parts. 1.17 remove starter motor. clean, inspect and repair with new spare parts. 1.18 clean all dismantled parts and cylinders block top position. assemble engine with all new gaskets, o-rings, seals and above dismantle sub-assemblies. 1.19 carry out tappet settings. 1.2 post completion of routines, start the engine and check all gauges, replace if required. check for any oil/water leakage, exhaust leakage, stop the engine and recheck engine oil level, top up if required. run under ships load for two hours and observe parameters. 1.21 undertake inspection and cleaning of charge air cooler followed by pressure testing. 1.22 carry out load trials under external load bank 1.23 remove heat exchangers, clean and pressure test 1.24 check crankshaft end play 2 spares 2.01 plug zinc electrode 2.02 kit hx40 turbo repair 2.03 kit upper engine gasket 2.04 gasket hyd pump 2.05 kit air cleaner element
