the consultancy services would broadly include but not limited to below scope the consultant shall complete concept master planning, schematic designs, design development, landscape design, tender drawings and final gfc design and drawings with complete technical specification, boq and estimate for approximately 20,045 sq.ft of land of multistoried building with mixed use development. the consultant shall obtain all required approvals and clearances as permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to local building by-laws preparation of bid documents for selection of epc contractor retail cum office building may include: retail showrooms for consumer goods / garments / electronics etc. (banks and banks-atms /etc.) office buildings for it, government officials, private companies etc. in view of the above, ksiidc intends to select a well-established, professional consulting firm for undertaking the above-mentioned assignment, as technical consultant for development of the land parcel on whitefield main road, dyavasandra industrial estate, at krishnarajapura, bengaluru, karnataka.
