the mtr will assess: (i) relevance and feasibility of achievement of project development objective (pdo); (ii) critically review the status of implementation progress made so far for each of the components against the benchmarks outlined in the results framework of the project, including any needs for restructuring; and (iii) agree on an action plan to address implementation issues and identify measures to accelerate pace of implementation in those sub-components that have experienced delays.
