item no.1 comprehensive annual maintenance and repair charges including repair/replacement of all membrane, filters, prefilters, micron filters, post carbon, gas filters, electrical spares, solenoid valve, pump or any other item requiring throughout the year and maintaining the drinking water, so as to maintain tds level less than 100 ppm, as per scope of work attached.
