providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre-constructional anti termite treatment and creating and chemical varrier under and aound the coloumn pits wall, trenches, basement, excavation top surface of plinth filling junction of wall and floor along the external of the building expention joints surrounding of pipes and conduits etc complete plinth area of the building at the ground floor only shall be measured as per is 6313 (part-ii 1981) aldrine emulsifiable concrete or any other apporoved material such as hepthachlor or cholordance will be used. the rate of application 5 lit/per sqm of chemical emulsion shall be as follows- 1- treatment for masonary and foundation. 2- back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.50 lit per sqm. 3- treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 lit per sqm. 4- treament of soil along external perimeters of building 7.50 lt/sqm. 5- treatment of soil under apron along external perimeter 5 lit per sqm.
